LoMangioAccount deletion
You can delete your LoMangio account at any time. There are two ways: directly from the app (immediate) or by sending a request by email.
Option 1 — From the app (recommended)
- Open the LoMangio app.
- Go to Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. The account and associated data are deleted.
Option 2 — By email
Write to this address from the email associated with your account, with the subject "Account deletion":
ciao@lomangio.comWe will verify that the request comes from the account holder and will delete the data within the timeframes indicated below.
Which data is deleted

Timing and retention
Deletion from the app is immediate. For requests by email we complete the deletion within 30 days. Any copies in encrypted backups are overwritten according to the normal rotation cycle (maximum 90 days). We may retain the bare minimum only if required by legal obligations.
Premium subscription
Deleting the account does not automatically cancel any subscription managed by Google Play. To cancel it, open Google Play → Subscriptions.
